Trick-or-treating in Berkeley, CA, as a pollster: what I found out while collecting candy votes

This is my very first diary.  I conducted a little political experiment on Halloween and thought I’d share my observations with fellow Kossaks. I went trick-or-treating with my kid, dressed as a political pollster. I had two boxes – one for Bernie and one for Hillary. Didn’t even bother with the Repugs in Berkeley. People were to vote with a piece of candy. BTW, great way to collect a lot of candy! Here's what I observed.
